I am trying to lower the nightly rate to £125 and cleaning rate to £35 .

Can you help with a previous customer trying to book 4 days stay in November 2022 at the new rate with no joy .? Can you help !

- Just change the rate (if only for those days: directly in the calender) and also change the cleaning fee.

 

- Or sent the guest a special offer:

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/35/sending-special-offers

 

- Or accept current booking and change reservation ("change" option) to the correct price.
