I cannot insert the professional VAT number into the Airbnb system.

The VIES does not accept my number. The Vies authority said to go to the tax offices, I went and they did not what to do . In the mean time my brother is using the same VAT number I want to insert for his advertisments and AIRbnb does not want to check why he can use it and I dont.
