I'm new to the Community
Hello, my name is Janice, I am new to the community as a host. I have a newly remodeled, 1 bedroom guest house in Concord, North Carolina. I am trying to set up my refund policy for long term rentals (30 days or more) I would appreciate any suggestions you can provide.

Hello @Janice710
Airbnb offers hosts two types of long term cancellation policies that are separate from our short term cancellation policies and a long term rental kicks in from day 28 and not from 30 days.
You must bear in mind that guests only have 30 days notice to give us even if their original booking was for 3/4 months so a long term booking may not be as long as hoped for. There are statutory rights too that need to be looked into by the host. Below is a great guide on the pros and cons of a long term stay for hosts:
Hope you find this useful
All the best
Joëlle
