I, as the host and administrator of the condominium I rent, do I have to make the invoice if a guest asks me for an invoice for their reservation?
or is it done by Airbnb? and how could I send this invoice maked by airbnb if yes

It is a matter between the guest and Airbnb.

Guests can find receipts in their account.

If it is a business trip, they can add information to it:

The guest tell me that usually the person who rents makes the invoice directly...

and it's arguing that he don't need the Airbnb invoice what he need is the rent bill.

Are there cases in which I have to make the invoice?

@Central-Park-Lagunas-Oficial0 Unless there is a Mexican specific law saying otherwise then the invoice should come from the person who collects the payment (ie Airbnb). If the host were to provide an invoice then arguably it should be for the amount they receive (ie about 20% less than the guest pays) as the host technically doesn't know exactly what Airbnb charges.
