LOW DEMAND ON SHORT TERM RESERVATIONS IN NYC

Hi All,

I got my registration numbers and published my rooms for short term however I dont  get enough bookings. When I check the map, there are 5-6 rooms available around me and my price is very reasonable comparing at the listing I am offering. 

Are there any other NYC host experiencing the same issue?

It might be because you have an average 4.41 rating which Airbnb sees as a low rating so you aren't showing up high in the ratings and/or it could be you're operating in an oversaturated market coupled with falling demand @MikeandMavi0
