The thing I always suggest is look at your ad as a potential guest.

If I do click, instead of information the ad description was 1 line with English spelling errors.
I can see a brief message from Airbnb a pool and the very limited Amenities say Beach Front but no visuals of the highlights,
Currently the first listing says no essentials, no hot water no tv sort of basic expectations even in a budget room. Your quiet time hours have a 10am I think you meant 10 pm.
Also especially if multiple independent rentals close together invest in the smoke alarm cost is minimum.
If there is an outdoor area to enjoy show don't keep your benefits a secret
