I have operated an entire home for groups and am adding on a smaller secondary suite which will be ready this summer. Each place can be rented separately to different groups or the entire place by one large group. Do I create a separate listing for the new addition and just mention on my current listing that it's available as well? Or do I just have one listing for both places? My guess is, they will be rented separately more often. If they are listed separately, the current place can accommodate 8 people, how can I state that it can accommodate 12 if rented with the new suite? Thanks for any input. I currently have a long term renter in my current house.
