I am looking to become an airbnb host and would like some advice and support around the local rules and regulations that I have to comply with in Chennai, India. I am looking for specific advice around the exact steps I need to take as a host, the mandatory requirements by the local police or government agencies, what I must put in place or maintain for smooth flow without any problems etc.
