I’m fairly new to hosting, been doing it since June in NY. So far it’s been okay.. We would like to add another property to the equation. This time the property would be a leased apartment in FL (already got approval from landlord). I’ve heard so many horror stories about lock boxes and having a management team meet the guest(s) really isn’t that flexible being that they might arrive late or earlier then planned.. We have a wifi keypad lock on our other property which is a house that we own. What I’d like to know is, what other options are there for securing your leased apartment when hosting, if any?
