Missing Payouts

Dear Sirs, 

I am missing three of my 5 reservation payouts. I only have two that went into my account. 

Missing payouts are:

** - From 26-31 Aug - Amount E902,10

**  - From 02-09 Sept - Amount E1.139,75

** - From 13-20 Sept - Amount E1139,75

I did change my account details and since some payments came in I would like to know why the others did not. Also when will the moneys reflect?
