Missing payouts

anyone here who can help me with payouts. It's my first time to host in airbnb however I haven't get the payment yet. My guest check in last 10jul and check out 17jul. Until now the status of my payout is still upcoming. Any thoughts? Thank you.

Have you tried reaching out to the Support teams or your bank for an update? If it is still showing as an upcoming payout, rest assured it will reflect in your account when it is processed. I wanted to share this article for your reference: When you’ll get your payout.

@Bhumika hi bhumika it's still upcoming payouts since 11jul. And I've reported this case to many support teams already however until now no resolution. It will be month end soon and we need to pay for the utility bills. And there's a guest checking in again today. Hope you can help me expedite the payouts please. Thank you.
