Missing payouts

Please help and comment. I have been waiting payment from Airbnb for over one month for all of my December bookings. The customer service is appalling and no-one has the ability to address what has happened. The payouts are sitting in the Upcoming Payments and there is no timeframe for sorting this out. I am at a loss as to what to do now. They are in breach of contract. Is anyone else in this predicament?
