Let's say I have 2 guests who booked on the November 19th until the 19th of December. A month stay. That payout is specifically for November that money would not roll over into December? Would i be losing money for the month of December or how does it work.
Because I am leasing this home and have a monthly lease to be paying.
A stay longer then 27 nights is considered a "long term stay", with special cancellation policy and payout rules (consult the Help pages for details). Firsts payout is for first month and you will be payed this amount on the day after the guest has checked-in.
