Morongo Valley/29 Palms/Joshua Tree cohosts

Hello, 

I'm getting ready to close on a <1000 sqft property in the Twentynine palms, CA area. I live in LA and would like a recommendation for a reliable co-hosting company in the Morongo Valley (Joshua Tree, etc) area. According to Twentynine Palms vacation rental regulations, I need a company or cohost that can respond to issues locally as well as maintain and clean the place between guests.
