Municipal Limiting Short Term Rentals

Bordentown City NJ- municipal has no policy on short term rentals.  They are indicating that they are restricted under their requirement for CO permits and that anyone renting requires a CO.   It seems like a weak back door to limit and seeking anyone who has expertise of experience working around this.  They just cut off 4 hosts here in the same day.

More and more cities or region are being creative to restrict AirBNB type of renting.

The law are now very stricts and restrictive in the entire Quebec province as well. Swing the lack of apartment for people to live in make sence for the city wanting to limit the number of great host like us 😉
