My account has been suspended, why?

I don't know why my account was suspended. Have you lived like this before?

Your account seems to be still active, but your listings are suspended.

You need to contact Airbnb for this.

 

I noticed one of your iistings shows a 4,48 star rating, which maybe is the problem.

thank you for the answer. I do not know the reason. 2 times guests stayed. airbnb said they used different cards and canceled the reservations. I did not receive their payment. I sent an e-mail to airbnb but they did not respond.
