My account suspended without any explanation, no complain. I need help please.

I am Airbnb host since 2016. I love the Airbnb system and helping me to pay my mostgage and my daughter. Around 10 days ago around 11 pm Airbnb suspended my account and reason is :

Airbnb sent me APPEAL link 6-7 times and however link never worked. I am very sad. I need help please. Leyla KIZILIRMAK

My account has been reactivated as of today. Thank you so much for your time, for your support. Thank you @Jenny and @Helen3 for your advices. I will continue doing my best. Every time I see daffodils I remember my days in England. After University I lived in South of England for almost 2 years. England gave me opportunity to have broader vision. That's why I live in Canada.

Ohh, thank you. I did not include names and I just wanted to share here what is happening since yesterday. I did not know not to share Airbnb messages. Sorry. Thank you for your time. 

I have received a message from Support Ambassador from the Escalations team yesterday just after Paula's note. I am waiting. 

 

I am really disappointed, nervous. I do not know the case. I try to put pieces together. I couldn't appeal. Links I have received to appeal never worked. However I receive emails from Airbnb security team that I already appealed. This is really confusing. Probably someone is trying to hack  my Airbnb account. Someone is targeting me. I remember the same week Airbnb suspended my account my Facebook account almost hacked. I have received weird Facebook messages and email messages about photo links which I did not open. 

Thank you again. At least I want to know what went wrong.
