Hi All. I had a conversation with a an Airbnb Rep yesterday (located very far away), and she informed me that I can list my property for 28 days and still be in compliance with new NYC regulations for non short-term rental.   Is this true?

If you look on the New York City website you can find the STR regulations there . 

if you have a read through it will help you understand if you are eligible to apply for registration.
