NYC Studio Hosting Advice

Hi there! Does anyone have experience hosting a studio rental on Airbnb for periods shorter than 30 days/month? My landlord is happy to allow me to host when I'm not there. Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you!

Have you checked STR legislation in NYC.

 

My understanding is you can't  do whole lets for less than 30 days but look on NY city council website to check.
