Need real number to call for HELP from airbnb

Need a real number to call to get help with AIRBNB - first rental can not get the system to accept my tax information - can not enter way to pay me without the tax and it will not accept it.   Was on the phone with overseas customer service all day without resolution.   One customer service rep told me to call the authorities to assist with getting my tax info to reflect on there system.   

NEED REAL HELP!
