Need some advice from my senior about boosting my listing

Hi guys

I need your advice about boosting my listing because it's really hard for me to find the method to boost my listing to engage more people. For past 5 months I only got 3 guests, and I don't know how to increase the number of my guests. I will appreciate every advice from you guys. Thanks in advance.

An easy fix is to complete information on your listing @Kevin3716 ....you dont

1. say what sort of guest the property is suitable for

2. you don't describe the listing at all in terms of the property , highlighting key amenities , a description of what you include , what rooms are available to the guest 

3 you don't describe the location, what amenities and attractions are nearby etc 

I would make the photo with the swimming pool the first photo and take better photos of the kitchen area.

surely it's a studio not a one bedroom apartment?

What a lovely pool your building has! Are there any types of guests you think your listing is suited for, that we could make some suggestions to attract?
