New Pricing Strategy
Hi! I’m wondering if other hosts are encountering a decrease in bookings since AirBnb introduced all inclusive pricing scheme? Coincidence or cause?
Thanks!

Hi @Amanda3365 , do you mean that all fees, notably the cleaning fee, are shown as part of the total cost?
I think this can only have a positive impact as guests don't encounter any unwelcome surprises at checkout.

HI @Amanda3365 - yes, wrapping the AiRBNB fee into the nightly rate is an odd way to present totals. Providing the 'total' is always good practice, but the method that is going on here is unappealing and less transparent (and no, not advocating for surprise add in fees here, never have).

Don't have an issue with all-inclusive prices.
I don't like that guests aren't clearly shown the Airbnb Service Fee (for Hosts on split fee) unless they click price breakdown and go to another page that displays it.
I do believe Airbnb will move to ALL hosts being on the single fee at some point...so maybe this is moot.
