is there anyone who can help me , explaining to me about the new rules of Airbnb in Turkey ?

I'm trying to also understand ; the regulations of the long terms of using the App and the laws concerning the annual rent .

Who is responsible for the new regulations ? @Rasha154 

If it's the national government the regulations should be on their website. If it's local government the regulations should be on their website .
