Next button not working

Has anyone found a fix for this? Uninstalled app etc. Can put dates and location in, won't go Amy further

Sorry to hear your facing an issue with the 'next' button - is it still happening? If so, can you try all of these troubleshooting steps and let me know if the issues persists? 

 

  • Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
  • Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account

Same issue, cleared cache, deleted files, removed app, rebooted, downloaded app, signed back in. When I click dates to go somewhere the black next button does not work, or the reset button. Like the whole bottom of the screen does not work in the app. All other apps work as normal. My wife has the exact phone and version and it works fine. Help.

@Rebecca Android, Motorola phone, 2 years old, current updates. I've been in IT for my whole life so I'm pretty good with this stuff, but can't figure this out.

 

Adding a photo is not easy with this webpage.

 

It's the black "NEXT" button on the bottom right, after you select where you want to go and the dates. It's literally the first click you would make.

The same for a few weeks now. 

 

Deleted app etc

Exact same issue. Kinda crazy to me that Airbnb can't fix this.  Losing out to VRBO right now (I book about 8-10 trips a yr btwn the two),
