Nightly Rates

I am new to air bnb and have a condo in Breckenridge.   The summer time gets about $250 to $350 per night but the winter time is more like $650 to $1200 per night.    How can I seasonally adjust my rates so that someone booking now does not get excited about being able to rent during peak ski season at a summer time rate?

There are several ways to change prices during a specific time period.

You can

- set prices for specific weeks, months, custom time periods

- use rule-sets to increase/decrease prices (not generated by Smart Pricing) with a certain percentage and apply ruleset to certain time period

- simply change prices manually in the calender.
