No showing views

It's my pleasure to join your community. I  Airbnb member since 2017 but I started working with Airbnb since September ,2022. Actually , I have two property that listed on Airbnb and I got more than 11k$ .Also, I got many excellent evaluation and amazing reviews from my lovely guests. Recently, something happens to my one of best property and reviews and shortlists signs is decreased to 0 although it had many views and shortlisted in Las 3 months !!  I need your help and recommendation in this case.

Hello Saddam, have you double checked your calendars and other settings guests use when they are looking for a place? Sometimes they need tweaking and adjusting.
