Normal booking rate for winter in Spokane, WA

Hi folks. I'm new to this, just listed 2 properties (duplex) ~October 20, 2023. My bookings have dropped down quite a bit in December and I'm wondering if that's normal for this area. Anyone have any thoughts about this? I'm thinking about possibly turning things over to Vacasa for winter months, but I'm not super excited about giving away 1/3.

I'd appreciate any ideas/info you might have. I haven't gotten super host status yet, but will qualify for it Jan. 1. I've gotten Guest Favorite for one listing.
