Not getting paid

I found out that airbnb was not paying us for about 1 month now. For some reason they needed additional verification of payment methods and stopped paying us. I opened a case about this but nothing is happening. We have invested about 10 mln in airbnb properties and never had this issue before. Our mortgages are coming at the end of month and this puts an immense team to me and all my team. Anyone else had this experience before?
