Not receiving notifications from the app

Hello,

I am experiencing very delayed notifications from my guests. Can someone help me solve this issue? This is a serious problem, as my guests are receiving delayed replies from me.

How long the delay is?

Check your notification settings

inside the app.

  • Go to Profile → Settings → Notifications
  • Make sure Messages, Reminders, and Account alerts are all ON
  • Enable Push notifications, not just email/SMS
