Occasional extra Guests

I have a new Airbnb with 1 master bedroom upstairs and 2 sofa beds in the living area. I have listed this as a 2 guest property but have had several enquiries for additional guests, mostly children, which I would like to accept.  

I have altered my listing to allow me to charge for extra guests but how can I make this available to my guests when they cannot adjust their guest number beyond 2? thank you for your help.

If they have already booked, Send them a special offer to include the extra charges. 

You might want to state in your listing the sofa beds are only suitable for children if that's the case. 

you can alter your listing so you accept four guests.

@Crimble0 Technically, you cannot. If your listing settings have a maximum of two guests, neither you nor the guest can increase beyond this number. You can only alter the price of the reservation on an individual basis if you can come to an agreement with the guest to accept the additional people and charge extra for them.
