Is this a payout you're missing or a refund that you haven't received yet? Your profile says you're in Russia, could it be that you're using a Russian bank?

I can't get my refund for a cancelled booking. Airbnb are nationalists who have declared war on ordinary citizens of Russia, who are not to blame for the situation that has developed. The only problem is that airbnb doesn't do anything. Support can't solve anything, the chat is silent. My bank is in Russia, but there are no restrictions on payments
