Payment Problem

Hello. 

I have been actively working with the Airbnb for more than six years, renting out an apartment located at the address **.

From 21/07/2023 to 15/09/2023 the apartment was rented, paid by the tenants, but Airbnb Payments has not transferred the funds to my bank account yet.

The amount of the debt is more than 3 357,61 €.

I tried to resolve the problem with customer service for over a month  and nothing helped, the problem was not resolved until today.

Currently, I can't even log into my personal account because I don't get a verification code on my phone number. So I have to log in with another account.

I kindly request you to provide my payment as soon as possible.
