Payment not received

We had guests stay at our place in South Africa last weekend and I still haven't received the payment. I am a Superhost and I have been doing this for a while and I have never before had to wait this long for a payment.  I can't find any number to call or a way to contact a support person who can help. Does anyone know how I can contact them to find out what is happening? Thanks!
