Payoneer option not working in host payouts method

Im in Pakistan only payoneer method is showing in payout methods in pakistan but whenever i click payoneer option the accept button disappears, whats the reason?

Sometimes, payout methods can be restricted based on the country of residence or other criteria. If none of the above steps work, contact Airbnb’s customer support.
