Payout Issue Since August – Stuck in “Processing,” Resets to Zero, Then Paused

Hello everyone,

 

Good day. I would like to seek assistance or insights regarding an ongoing payout issue we’ve been experiencing since August.

 

Our payout status keeps showing “Processing”, then suddenly goes back to zero, and eventually becomes “Paused.” We also received a notification stating, “Can’t process payouts. Remove and try adding again,” without any further explanation.

 

We are based in the Philippines, and we have already tried adding different bank accounts, including BDO and BPI, but the issue still persists.

We also contacted Airbnb Customer Support several times, but it only returns to zero, processes again, and then pauses.

 

Has anyone from the Philippines encountered the same issue or knows how this can be resolved? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Shareen13 

I’m using BPI as my payout method. Just make sure that the name on your Airbnb host account exactly matches the name on your personal bank account, otherwise the payout may fail. Also double-check that you’re using the correct SWIFT code and Bank Code (BRSTN) when setting it up.
