Payout dates being moved back after reservation accepted

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing an issue we have been having frenquently where we accept a reservation with a payout date and after the guest checks in the payout date is pushed back 3-4 days beyond the payout date in offer to book. Of course no one knows anything at customer service. Wondering if this is just something new we can’t do anything about or if there is a fix, PayPal is payout method and we’ve been hosting about four years with same payout and I honestly feel like it’s deliberate and wanted to know if anyone else is having the issues and if it ever gets resolved..

Thanks Paula! That’s exactly what we are trying to do. We have a new check in today and I contacted them ahead of time this time. I’m pretty sure it’s going to happen again but I’m trying to understand is it just us or is this something new being implemented..
