I have been having a really hard time getting airbnb to resolve issues on my account. My account was hacked a few months ago and some fraudulent activity occurred with my account. Airbnb was able to flag it early and delete the reservations for my place; however this has caused my account to be on hold. I am currently waiting on 2 payouts from previous rentals. Additionally- there is several thousands of dollars showing as paid to me from the fake bookings. I can't get anyone to ACTUALLY assist me - and have called several times!!!!! I am beyond frustrated and at this point don't know what to do. Does anyone have any advice?
