Payout on Hold - KYC issue
I am experiencing a very frustrating problem with receiving my payout. It’s been 8 days and I haven’t received my payout for my guest stay. Customer service is only able to help so much as it seems they don’t really have the authority to do much. I am told it’s an issue with KYC but I didn’t submit any new documents, I’ve been verified for 11 years and nothing changed on my end.
Airbnb says it’s on them and I should just wait and be patient that a “specialized team” is handling it and they will email when the payment gets sent. However, there is no way to contact them or anything and regular support says they can no longer help me.
Help! Anyone else have this issue? How did it end for you?
Thank you!

Airbnb periodically requires Host re-verify their identity. Did you ever see an alert on the traveling side to do that? You should have received an email with a link to re-verify as well:

HI @Haley283,
I'm sorry to hear there was an issue with a recent payout!
Have you heard more from the team since last week?
Let us know how you get on please, and if you need more help 🙂
Thanks,
Emilie
