Payout on hold after changing default payment method.

Seeing if anyone can help. I changed the default bank on Thursday and now all the payments to that account are on hold saying minimum not met and when you click on details it says the amount of money owed for adjustments is greater than your upcoming payments.

 

I have rang every day and no one can give me a straight answer I have been told I have a negative balance with adjustments dating back to 2023 which I find weird.

 

If I can the default back to the old bank account the payouts that go into that bank go on hold and my other payments are released. Never had an issue in 9 years with payouts until I changed the default.

 

Can anyone help me or give advice as I am left with no money.

@Kenchy0@Kate2192@Joan2709 and @Marcin65 as hosts, you have a deeper understanding of where Sarah could see an overview. Can you offer any support here?
