We are trying to get a Payment Adjustment for a sizable amount of monies owed to us now for over 700 days.
Customer Services are grossly lacking training and may not have access to certain parts of our accounts.
They don't get it and it has caused considerable distress, left a bitter taste and at the moment we would not be recommending ABB to anyone as a result of it.
It's simply not good enough and is in breach of a vast number of our Regulations.
