Payout paused

My payout was paused since September, Ive been calling airbnb super host support almost every week and they cant give me an answer. They keep saying call back or we will contact you. I uploaded the Id that they needed. Im losing patience and hope to get my previous payouts. Please help what should I do.

Hi Bhumika, 

Last I spoke to support, they have sent a link and duly done what they asked. And after having what was asked, and got notified that info/verification check was done. Informed support right away. All information that was asked from me and my sister were all provided for. After that, we have not gotten nor received more request to do any other thing. 

Still awaiting for support regarding my question if the restriction to the payout has been lifted. It's been almost a week no word back from support

I totally agree with you, at least they have to explain to us or respond, they just paused our payouts directly, which is totally unacceptable.

 

I am facing the same and, to be honest, I am very disappointed with the delay I got from the specialized team, the support team is doing their best, but the specialized team, OMG. I am opening a ticked every day and they close it, I am facing the issue and I have more than 12,000 AED pending, the worst part, is that I am not doing any delay with any of our guests, both In-house or the Future arrival, but on the same time, I am not getting even a response for my provided services.

OMG! I thought it’s only me but it seems Airbnb’s payment system was breached. Now it’s modus operandi. How can we raise this issue with Airbnb? It’s very alarming.

I'd like to check if any of you here has finally received your pay-outs? I have about P300k pay-out that has not been released yet. I have already submitted all the necessary requirements that they asked for but no update. This is very frustrating and extremely unethical way of AirBnb to conduct business.
