Payout shorted - no response from AirBnB Support

Almost four weeks have gone by since the payout to my account was shorted over $1300. I have fully explained the situation in messages to AirBnB support and repeatedly asked for a review (11/29, 12/8, 12/13) but have received no response since 11/29/2022.  

 

Any suggestions? Is there an email address where I can elevate the issue?
