Payout showing as processing for a full week

Hi there,

I had a couple who checked out a full week ago. They were nice and left a 5 star review, they also had 6 five star reviews as guests, so I don't think they are tying to pull anything. However, their payout is in "competed payments" but has been showing as "processing" for 6 days. 

I have not seen this and cannot find any similar threads on this. I was waiting on Airbnb chat for 50 min and finally gave up.

@Jody141 do check to see if the account has been hacked and a new payment route set up. After that its a wait on the phone - I find a speaker phone allows me to carry on with some sort of life whilst waiting.
