Unfortunately, the payout of my current guest has been processed on the 23rd of August but to a closed (old) bank account of mine. As the payout is already processed and it is impossible to reach Airbnb customer service, did. anyone experience a similar situation and can let me know which steps I have to take in order to redirect the amount to my “right” bank account (it was my saved in my payout methods all the time, just not as a default).
