We have the problem about the payouts. First support team was asking to us about KYC form. We completed all the forms and documents. After they said us we have duplicate accounts with same ID. They asked for the delete one of them please confirm this message. We confirmed and 4 days passed still we didnt get any any answer. When ı call the team, team is telling me your situation is under review you need to wait. So from the beginning 30 days passed and we didnt get any payment until this time.
Please can you help me?
