Payouts Problem for Duplicate Accounts

We have the problem about the payouts. First support team was asking to us about KYC form. We completed all the forms and documents. After they said us we have duplicate accounts with same ID. They asked for the delete one of them please confirm this message. We confirmed and 4 days passed still we didnt get any any answer. When ı call the team, team is telling me your situation is under review you need to wait. So from the beginning 30 days passed and we didnt get any payment until this time. 

Please can you help me?

Hi @Murat121 , Since it has been a while you posted, did you manage to delete the duplicate accounts as requested by Support to resume payouts?

Yes we deleted duplicate accounts but we didnt get the any result yet. We are really in hard situation right now. We need the take over 30k dollars from Airbnb. We are waiting urgent solution please help to us.
