Hi, 

 

My payouts from Airbnb have been paused since 1/7/22 as they say I have not verified my account by uploading an image of my passport/driving licence.

 

I am unable to upload these details as my account says I have already been verified. I trying to sort this out since 31/5/22 but Im getting nowhere,  just going round in circles and I wondered if anyone else has had this problem.

Had you hosted any guests? If not, you could try just setting up a new account, maybe with a slightly different name - like add your middle initial or similar. If that works, disable the old account.
