Pricing question

The new visibility feature says “there is nothing you need to do it will be automatic” when simplified pricing is added.

I will need to mark up all of my prices 15% to offset rolling the fees into the properties pricing.  Therefore, yes there is something I need to do…..

I also don’t want to activate this if others are not doing early access and then my prices appear higher for a nightly rate.  I am fine if it is unilateral.  Also why are they not rolling cleaning fees in?  So guests will think that the only fee they pay is cleaning and taxes and Airbnb hides their fees?  What am I missing?

@Stacey114 you are not missing anything but there is total confusion about this. Basically when I signed up for early access a few weeks ago Airbnb, without telling me, adjusted all the prices on our listings but didn't change us to simplified pricing. So whilst the calendar showed the price per night the guest would pay they didn't properly explain it to me and the guest still paid the Airbnb fees.

If my calendar is going to need to be populated as if we are on simplified pricing I decided to switch us to simplified pricing which I have now done so whatever Airbnb does going forward it shouldn't affect me (I think).
