Property Diagnostic testing in France

Can anyone confirm that before I can register my property with Airbnb, I need to get a diagnostic test which would include electricity, gas, asbestos, lead etc. safety testing?

I have never hear of that requirement.

but if you speak French, I recommend that you post your question in the French speaking portion of the CC, you have more chances of getting an answers since there are many more AirBNB host from France 🇫🇷 there.

Hello Annie, I am a host in the South of France and I can confirm the law on this states the if your property is rented out for less than 4 months of the year you DO NOT need a DPE. I am relatively fluent in French and I have multiple properties here. This is the latest law as of 2023.
