I wanted to know what is the new listing fee that is deducted from my balance, and I wanted to know how I can make it in such a way--min 1 week rentals?

The host fee can be "split fee" or "host only fee".

You can find your setting in your account (payments and payouts, section service fees)

If you want to offer stays for minimal 1 week, then set your "minimum stay" to 7 nights.
